Software Engineering - System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Connect uses Agile implementation that includes the following: Plan, Design, and Built-by requirement features. Use Dynamic Systems Development Method to handle requirements (complete, partial). It is an iterative and incremental approach that embraces principles of Agile development, including continuous user/customer involvement in three project (pre, SDLC, post) phases. Use Scrum which provides us simplicity, flexibility, productivity, and visibility. Use extreme programming and Rational Unified Process. Focus on user stories to create use cases. Apply retrospective and software re-planning session in each iteration using Scrum with two weeks iterations to 1. Develop, integrate, and test each function; 2. Demonstrate it 3. Make final changes 4. Conduct System Testing 5. Deployment.

Independent Validation and Verification (IV & V)

Verify and Validate 100% of the requirements for Accuracy, Clarity, and Completeness in accordance with the requirement/design specifications (high-level, lower-level) for the Life Cycle Model of the system that includes Requirement, Design, Construction, Deployment, and Operation. Mobile Application

A mobile application, most commonly referred to as an app, is a type of application software designed to run on a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet computer. Mobile applications frequently serve to provide users with similar services to those accessed on PCs. Content Management System (CMS)

Experience in implementing enterprise content management and web content management systems for Content Management Application (CMA) and Content Delivery Application (CDA). The CMA uses graphical user interface to allow an user to control the creation, modification and removal of content from a website without using any HTML. The CDA component uses the database services to support management and delivery of the content once they're created in the CMA.

Experience in using Content Management System Portal such as Microsoft SharePoint, FileBound, Redmine, TWiki to manage complex projects involving both internal and external participants. Data Warehouse, Management, and Administration

Experience in migrating data and files among different operating systems (Mainframe, Unix/Linux, Windows, SAS). Convert data from various data sources such as MS Excel, MS Access, ASCII data and files, and SAS datasets into Oracle and SQLServer databases. Check data integrity, handle exception data, and perform data (cleansing, consolidation). Recommend storage and ETL performance solutions. Analyze indexes (cost-based, rule-based), tune SQL to improve ETL performance, and apply numeric mapping to normalize data keys.

Experience in building data warehosuing using FILE/FIELD approach , securing metadata at record-level, sampling and consolidating metadata, and disseminating them into central repository using schedule-based batch and interactive processes.   Manage, monitor, and administer enterprise Oracle and SQLServer databases using Enterprise Database Management Systems/Tools. Provide 24/7 Tier I - III user help support services.
